Day 7 - Chill ride and departure prep

Happy 4th of July!

Today is the last day in Tahoe for the boys team. Tomorrow the girls relocate to Tahoma, in Tahoe's west-lake area for a couple more days prior to heading over to Downieville -- while the boys drive to Park City for a brief stopover ride on the way to Colorado Springs.






Our team ride today is an active recovery spin, with the whole team riding together.



Meanwhile, the quantity of food we consume is mind-boggling. And despite the sheer volume, we're keeping the quality extremely high thanks to support from Whole Foods Market.

Salad with lettuce, carrots, peppers

Dinner
Whole Wheat Pasta with Ragu
11 lbs organic pasta
6 jars tomato sauce
5 lbs grass-fed ground beef
Oinions, garlic, dried Italian spices
Salad with lettuce, carrots, peppers
Milk & juice
